Vancouver, Victoria, Dolphins and Bears?

Our latest journey took us the beautiful province of British Columbia. We started in Vancouver and explored the city. After two days, we drove over 400 km to Campbell River. Staying at Painters Lodge (a fishing lodge believe it or not) to begin our hunt for the North American grizzly bear. We headed up Bute Inlet by boat to the First Nations of the Homalco Indian Band. There we encountered our grizzly bears! What a sight.

Fourth of July Celebration (with a little photo magic)

This was a quiet Fourth of July for the most part. We did hang out with neighbors to celebrate. Dark came upon us and with no official fireworks for our area, we made our own show. (Note: these were all safe and sane fireworks with close adult supervision).

San Francisco at Night Plus Other Adventures

Two weekends ago, my wife and I spent time in San Francisco and Sausalito, CA. We also ventured to Muir Woods, home of the giant redwoods of California and the Marin Headlands. Here are a few shots of this amazing part of California. Enjoy!
